(March 31, 2021, 12:18 pm)Saag Gosht (Goat with Spinach Curry): I was worried my friends would be put off by the oily, green appearance but they unfalteringly dove right in lol. We're all used to the flavor of goat and found this preparation YUM. The goat has a nice ratio of protein to fat, but Pakwan could put less oil in the curries.
