Everyone at this hotel did everything to make our stay absolutely wonderful. They remembered that it was our sons wedding and they had our room ready early. All the staff were so accommodating and put all of us together in rooms next to each other. This is one amazing hotel.

I had a great experience. My room was clean and spacious, all staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was great, and the location was perfectly between the airport and my office. I will definitely be staying again!

I travel 40 + weeks a year usually a Holiday Inn person. Guess what this is my go to place when I’m in Hayward . Staff is amazing, great breakfast clean rooms very accommodating, business office equipment actually works and prints, feels like home, thanks Evelyn and Zoe and Juan and Victor

The library and community center is a gorgeous part of Florence. Plenty of open space, great material collection, and family friendly. Even the outside is beautiful to see if you take the opportunity to walk around. Close to a large local park, aquatic center, and other recreational spaces. Definitely stop by whether you're visiting or living in the area!

Small but nice!! Large parking space. Lots of study area which is really awesome. Large space for children's related readings. Staffs address welcoming!
