Last thing I needed to add to my already busy schedule. Right! I was greeted by two young ladies, Jackie and Maddison. Jackie's warm smile and kind positive words was an inspiration. “They really care about the quality of their work. The technician, Jose spent time he didn’t need to in order to fix a previous shop’s mistake on my window. The previous shop installed the wrong window and didn’t realize until an hour later when the car door couldn’t roll the window down. He didn’t automatically say I had to pay extra or replace parts. He actually took extra time out of his busy schedule to fix the problem and made sure everything worked before leaving. Very good communication and was willing to work with my hectic schedule to work done. The price is also very good compared over a dozen of other shops I called. They were very prompt in getting what glass I needed when almost everyone else said 2-3 days. I had my glass installed the morning after I called them and they came to my workplace to do it. Overall they were very pleasant to work with and made my day.”
