(November 29, 2018, 3:23 pm)I had a problem with a unique transaction and returned to the bank with my complaint. I was turned over to a lady manager that reminded me of "the fairy Godmother " I am here to fulfill your dreams but here are the rules.... very satisfied with the interaction and results.
The staff is always courteous and efficient (well dressed and looking sharp).
I was surprised by the "home town " feel of the bank staff even though most are young and good looking millennials (? I think millennials.. I'm a baby boomer). They knew people personally and had a friendly comment.
