I really enjoy exercising here. Only negative part is people who occupy machines that workout their thumbs on their phones more than the machines! I literally watched some one sit on a machine for 10 minutes just to do 3 reps before getting back on their phone!🤦🏾

Its been 3 years, I am coming to this location. Super clean gym, well organized, active and friendly staff. Love this location. Keep the good work up guys.

The gym is located in the basement of the Southland Mall. At first glance it doesn't look very big, but as you enter and go downstairs, you realize that it's quite spacious. It had a machine for every type of exercise that I normally do and the music was perfect. The staff were also pleasant, s/o to the birthday girl! My only drawbacks about this place is (both related to basement scenarios) there's no natural lighting so some areas are darker than preferred, and the air could be circulated better to give it a fresher smell. All in all a great experience and I'll most likely be back again.
