“Best experience to say the least. The staff that I had the pleasure of meeting...aka Charisse and John, are some of the kindest people you’ll ever meet. They treat you like family, but they’re also just as professional and very good at what they do. It’s stressful enough having a serious medical condition and nerve wracking not knowing what the MRI results will be. But their kindness was just what I needed to feel comfortable and well taken care of. So thank you Charisse and John. I walked out of East Bay Upright MRI with a smile on my face. You’ll never have an issue trying to reach them on the phone, nor have an issue scheduling an appointment. When you walk in, they treat you with so much kindness and respect. Everything there was very clean and tidy. They also wore their masks, which made me feel comfortable during this pandemic. The MRI machine was very comfortable, and perfect for anyone with claustrophobia. There’s a TV screen in front of you in case you want to watch TV during your MRI. John gave me the images on a CD the same day as my MRI appointment, and I received the report only a couple days later. I’ve gotten many MRI scans laying down, which has never showed the severity of my condition. The upright MRI was just what was needed to properly diagnose, and give a clear picture for my doctor. Now that I have gotten my imaging done at East Bay Upright MRI, I’m able to get the proper medical care from my doctor and soon get back to normal life. On another note... from personal experience, If anyone ever has an issue with your insurance approving the MRI, or giving the letter of agreement, I’ll let you know East Bay Upright MRI does everything perfectly on their end, so it’s best to contact your insurance company if there’s any issues or delays. East Bay Upright MRI keeps up their end and calls you when they have all the info they need to schedule an appointment. Anyways, I had a great experience here and if I ever need another MRI, I know where to go. Thanks again.”

“I’ve been working with Karen to arrange to get home infusions. It’s a lot of work because they’re not signed up with my insurance and my Dr’s staff are difficult. But Soleo staff have been very diligent. I hope things work out insurance-wise. If the nurses are half as good as Karen I think I’ll be very happy.”

“I have been coming to Dr. Uppal since high school (10 years) and he has always been great! He establishes a great relationship with his patients. He has been keeping me and my entire family happy with his services. He remembers all of us by name (there’s 5 of us) and genuinely cares. The staff is awesome and always so kind. Visiting the dentist isn’t always the best but they always make it a nice experience.”
