“Lund Garden is under new management as of January 2014, after previously being managed by the same property management company for five years. The following improvements have recently occurred: POOL 1. The pool re-opened in June 1, 2014. 2. The County inspects the pool and approves its continued use. 3. The pool is professionally serviced twice-a-week, as well as serviced daily by staff. PARKING LOT 1. The parking lot received new striping (numbers painted in the stalls) in the Fall of 2013. 2. Parking is assigned and monitored. 3. A vigorous tow policy is employed: cars parked in unauthorized spaces, in a state of disrepair, bearing expired registration tags, or otherwise in violation of Lund's parking rules are promptly towed at the owner's expense. EXTERIOR PAINTING 1. All 9 building exteriors and all 5 carports were painted in the Fall of 2013 2. Bright light fixtures have replaced low light fixtures, in common areas, and new fixtures have been installed in areas in need of illumination.
