“I chose Extra Space Storage because it was the cheapest and had many size options. It has more locations compared to other local storage companies. Signing up was quick and easy. I would prefer having longer access hours. My location only had until 7:00pm. Also there is less moving space for first floor units. If one cart blocks the way, there is no way the other can get around to move to the next unit. In addition, I would like it more if there was option to chose whether to get insurance or not instead of having to sign-up mandatory insurance with Extra Space Storage. My stuff did not have much valuable and I felt I didn't need to spend so much on the most basic insurance premium. Having said all that, I would still recommend Extra Space Storage. Thank you.”

“I worked for Linda back in 1989/1990, before I moved to Washington State. She was as professional and inventive as any amazing business woman could be. The two ladies that made the cab lights and decals (decal machine came later), were really great at what they did, orders always on time and shipped out on time. The only man who worked there was the meter installer, calabrater and service guy, he was pretty quick! Great customer service and great owners!”

She added everything I wanted and provided useful advice and ideas. She's not only quick to solve small issues in unexpected situations, but she's also reliable to respond back to any of my messages. (even during her day off! - NOT that I encourage people to contact her in those days). “These guys were GREAT! o spoke to a Mark on the phone, that was super cool, then got there and felt with another 'cool guy. I have to admit, I've never been there before, my 2004 745I battery had to be exchanged, ( 1 dead cell) and the 'mechanic's I bought it from didnt order it from his account, so there was no record of it being purchased, (figures?),but these guys worked it out for me, now the new one is in, NO CODES ARE DETECTED IN THE CAR!!??THANKS GUYS!!”
