“We hired Sunny Appliance to check a problem with our 15 year old washing machine. The repairman arrived on schedule and was professional and conciencious. He diagnosed the problem successfully but the repair would have cost more than the washer was worth. He also shared his thoughts on the best options for a replacement. Overall, Sunny provided great value for its $85 diagnostic fee. We plan to call the company whenever we have appliance problems in the future.”
