The office has a nice fun vibe and friendly staff but Dr. Xiao does a great job of explaining her findings and treatment approach. And to top it off, she personally called to check on me the next day. I'm so glad I happened across the purple building. ????

(April 15, 2019, 9:42 am)Minus one star as they do not provide the free back massages I received at the place I went to back in Chicago. I'm starting the process of a crown replacement on a front tooth so will up to 5 stars if all goes well. Stay tuned, after these messages, and such.

(August 22, 2018, 12:40 am)I have been seeing Dr. Xiao for 8 years now. She is professional, thorough and the most honest person there is. She would actually recommend against painful treatments and costly procedures she felt I didn’t need that my previous periodontist had recommended 8 years ago and I’m still doing great. She values her patients feedback and would always ask for my opinion whenever there’s a new hire. Makes me feel important! Needless to say, she only hires the best people and every one of her staff are as professional, patient and friendly as she is. Great with kids! Extremely generous with the treasure chest. My kids still love every piece of toy they have ever gotten with every visit. I’m happy they’re not bringing home another piece of junk. But most importantly, I’m most happy that they would willingly get their teeth cleaned without fuss. Be warned. She does like to sing while she works. But that’s just another thing I love about her. Extremely down to earth. Awesome dentist with great a personality.
