When I travelled from California to Tempe AZ last month, I discovered my uncle had been transported via 911 to a hospital. No one could tell me what hospital he was in. I visited Fire Station 1 to ask if they knew where he could be (he was not listed in any of the hospitals we called). Nicolette was smart and kind enough to make a call and let me know my uncle had been transported to Chandler Regional!! Thank you Nicolette for your competence and caring.
Thankyou so much for all your help on Friday. I really appreciate your understanding.

This is long overdue. July of 2009 I was 28 years old and overdosed on drugs in my parents house a couple of miles from your station. My poor mother happened to find me just in time and when you guys brought me back to life you told her if she had found me 10 minutes later it probably would have been too late. You saved my life. I have been sober almost 7 years now and work at a rehab facility in northern Az. I dedicated my life to helping others with the disease of addiction. I imagine for people in your shoes it must be very disheartening, reviving all these drug addicts and only seeing the worst of it most of the time. So I thought it would be good for you to hear a happy ending. I'm a productive member of society and I've healed all my relationships. A couple of years ago my fiance and her 2 kids moved in. I'm proud to now call them my own and we have a happy home. That's all thanks to you. So thank you to all of the firefighters working through the mess of addicts and saving countless people. If you ever wonder if you're making a real difference in those kinds of situations, you are.
