We worked with him for two years before finalizing to
make an offer. He was patient showing us the properties around in the Bay area, providing his input and suggestions. He does not push you to rush through the purchase process just to close the sale, but he is well-tuned to the market conditions. In the tough no-contingency market conditions, he was able to offer valuable guidance on figuring out the minor issues versus major repairs based on the home inspection reports.
Once we finalized to make on offer on a property that we liked, he guided us in every step of home buying process and ensured that our offer will be accepted on the first attempt itself. We looked at several properties for almost 2 years and then put in our first offer and it was accepted. We are glad that we came across his reference through one of our friends.
