Based upon recommendations from several family members, I elected to have Albert Valdez handle my refinance loan. I worked with Al who provided clear instructions for the processing of the loan. He was able to work remotely since I was in Orange County and he was in Nor Cal. Secure email allowed us to transfer sensitive financial information. Al kept me updated through the process and was responsive to my questions. Although the original estimates for the cost of the loan did not bear out, Al explained all of the added expenses due to some additional disclosures required by the loan officer. He was able to secure a loan representing >1% decrease than my existing 30 year fixed loan. I have been delighted with Al's service and professionalism. I would recommend Al to all my friends and family; and I would call Al again if I need a loan in the future.
