  it's a basic gym with old school equipment. If you want to work out, it's a great place. If you want all the fancy amenities with the new fancy gyms, this is not the place for you.

  I've been going here for a couple of months, and I love it! It is never crowded, and it's got a very chill, supportive vibe. Even at rush hour, there is enough equipment for everybody to get in their full workout. The classes I've taken with Anthony are awesome. They're all about building strength and balance in a safe environment, and they really push you without being stressful. He is extremely patient and makes sure everybody in the classes has proper form. The gym has a great gender balance and I feel comfortable asking questions.

  Awesome Gym and knowledgeable crew, I've been working together with Jeff for most of my life and can honestly say his master when it comes to all aspects of well being from fitness / martial arts / diet / and all around great person. I highly recommend his gym - you wont be disappointed!

  This is the Real Deal! This is the best strength training gym around. Jeff knows the smart way to get you strong and flexible the right way. His emphasis on proper technique is uncanny. That is why this neighborhood gym is drawing World Class competitive athletes who want to maximize their performance injury free. It is a fun, friendly, informative place to get, and stay, fit.

  Wow! What a great place. This is the real deal. If you want to get stronger in the smartest way, this is the place to do it. Owners Jeff and Polo are super friendly and very knowledgeable. In addition to the standard barbell equipment, there are weighted clubs and maces which they can show you how to use - very cool stuff. I am almost 40 and after I started training here with Jeff, my lower back pain is gone! I believe this is due to the fact that not only does Jeff emphasize perfect form on every exercise, but the stretching, recovery and mobility portion of each workout is treated as just as important as the strength building portion.

  BTW it is in the same shopping center as Loard's Ice Cream and the front door is tucked away in the corner, so it might look small from the outside, but when you enter you'll be surprised by how big it is.
