  Kumi is a rockstar! As first time home buyers my husband and I had no idea how the process worked. We were all over the map with what we wanted, needed, thought we needed.... Kumi helped us narrow our search window and helped us to dive right in! He is enthusiastic, outgoing, and has vast knowledge of the bay area and the housing market. He watched our body language as we toured homes and helped us pick the perfect home for us. Months later we are still in touch with Kumi about the house, he has helped us every step of the way and made sure we were comfortable through the whole process. We HIGHLY recommend Kumi!   Kumi is the bomb, end of story. Buying my first home was super intimidating and daunting but Kumi helped make it much easier. Would highly recommend.

  Kumi is personable, professional, down-to-earth, and knowledgeable. He knows the Bay Area very well, and could tell us important details about things like the neighborhoods where we were looking, the type of building materials and styles we viewed. He had recommendations for how we could proceed in the negotiation, and he also listened to how we wanted the process to work. He was a pleasure to work with!

  My husband and I were so fortunate to connect with Kumi! We had expressed interest in a house online and Kumi was the first to respond. We couldn’t be happier. We learned so much about the housing market, things to look out for, different neighborhoods, and so much more. Kumi listened to our needs, wish-list, and made the whole experience a blast!   We found Kumi online through a local realtor search. He made sure the selling process was smooth for us. Our home was not even on the market for one day when we received our first offer, which ended up being our actual buyers. He was able to get us much more than our asking $. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a professional, energetic, communicative realtor.
