(December 19, 2018, 3:49 pm)Hertz Car Rentals at Oakland international Airport is great! Going for the better deal with another agency so you can make trip expenses lower? That may not be a wise choice. Hertz prices are competitive so a few bucks to me is worth the hassle and headache preventative maintenance of a car rental. I experienced hassles and headaches from the other agencies at OAK. Running around to waiting in line when all you want to do is get to a good car or SUV and leave can be eliminated with Hertz. Sounds like a sales pitch, its not. Gained from personal experiences of many consistent car rentals over the past year + from OAK. Cleaner vehicles with lower miles, more educated staff, and better customer service from Hertz. Hertz at OAK I give 5 stars.
(October 20, 2018, 8:09 am)We had a great experience with this Hertz location. We rented the Manager's Special and got a car for 20 dollars cheaper than we would have paid otherwise! It was only a compact, but we didn't need anything bigger/nicer. The car we got only had 44 miles on it total, and we put that up to 140 miles by the time we were done! It was a good car and a good experience.
