I received my daughters computer today an both of us are happy with the computer.Excellent condition an working great! Thank you Boundless Macs.

Great seller to work with. Based on my own experience ,one of the best seller I have dealt with on Ebay. I ordered a MacBook pro from them, but after I received the unit I realized that I did not read the description careful.
An important (to me) feature was not on this unit. Most sellers probably would have said: Too bad!! Should have read the description more careful.
But not Boundless Macs!! Eduardo was very understanding, had me return the MacBook and sent me a different ( better than I originally ordered)
That is what you call : great customer service.

Exceptionally positive online experience for purchase of a 2013 MacBook Pro. Great communication and help with shipping on the part of Eduardo. Quick replies to messages, excellent packing, fast shipping.

I have never been treated as well, nor had my computer problems attended to as quickly and economically as when Eduardo, the proprietor of Boundless Macs replaced my logic board while I waited at his shop location.

We are all now so dependent on our computers/laptops that to pass a day without one could mean missing work and worse. Eduardo proved himself to be one of those people who really has an old school ethic of taking care of people and keeping his prices in a range that is very gracious,...in fact, I was trying to give him more than he asked for,...and you know, he wouldn't take it.

What does that tell you?

Oh, and not only does he repair, he has laptops that can be bought reasonably, and come with a YEAR's warranty (nobody does that), as well as tech support, also very reasonably priced.

This is a great connection for anyone who's computer has failed and needs help quickly and reasonably priced.
