Desperately searching for Fitbit Sense charger cable over holidays. After 3 other stores reporting 1 in stock, but none available so phone orders were cancelled by the store.
I ordered for pick up as website said 4 in stock at Oakland Best Buy. None visible in display when I arrived.
The people at order pick up checked the stock location in the back as the system reported 1 in stock. Nope, could not be found. I was in process of changing to ship new order to my home January 3rd, when I got notification my earlier order was ready for pick up.
While I was driving, employee had pulled my order and it was being processed while I was in the store searching for a charger! Bless that employee, I was at 2% when I attached the charger. All the hassle with 4 stores ended as a happy experience here.
