(November 18, 2022, 3:40 pm)Laura in the office was great to talk to and get insight about getting our Wedgewood heater fixed and the tech Chris was really helpful fixing our unit which the other companies assigned by our home warranty insurance said “could not be fixed”. These guys are knowledgeable and have great customer service. Thanks again!

(May 21, 2021, 9:27 pm)Laura was super helpful over the phone. Chris came out and fixed our 70 year old stove, no problem. He was incredibly knowledgeable and honest, even offered options to save some of the costs. All this after another technician took two months to try and fix, find parts, etc. And a third tech who wanted to charge triple what Apple stove ended up costing us. We are overjoyed and grateful for their service.
