“I had a great experience at this location. I was helped by Steven to trade in my phone for a newer model. He was quick to inform me of all my options and go over the deals that were going on. He was extremely nice and made the whole process way less nerve-wracking than it can be sometimes (last time I got a new phone, I was at a Verizon store for 2 hours). This took no more than 20 minutes and I was out the door with a nice, crisp iPhone 13. I think more locations should have workers like him.”
