with very little knowledge about how to find the right place. I met with couple of
realtors before Kelly, but I liked her profesionalism. she is honest and
hands-on (She checked everything in the house and told what might be the potential problems!),
and she really helped me in each and every steps in the home buying.She went to city for checking the permits and made sure everything is ok.
Even after closing she helped me getting quotes for repairs,pest control and small small things which i wouldn't know.
Fortunately when I finally found the "one" and ended up in a bidding war,
Kelly walked us through every step of the negotiations, even suggesting that we write a letter to the sellers
to explain why we thought they should choose us. It was an unconventional approach but it worked and we thank
Kelly for that every day! I highly recommend Kelly as a realtor if you are looking for your dream house!
