(March 21, 2022, 8:12 pm)I love this place! I searched everywhere to find a car and this was the only place that made me feel comfortable not pressured into buying something. Ryan was my sales provider and he had everything laid out for me. He knew what i was there for told me all about the car where it came from, how good on gas it was and worked on getting me to the payments i wanted. Everyone is so friendly and they remember who i was when i came back in the following day. The music was also a plus to me.
(March 21, 2022, 2:53 pm)It’s a pretty bad time for car shopping right now, but LC at Audi Oakland was able to secure me a car that was in transit from the factory at MSRP plus a $899 dealer installed protection package. Not a bad deal, considering the current state of the market. LC and Bruce stayed after hours on a Friday night to finalize the deal; I really appreciate the two of them.
(February 22, 2022, 12:04 pm)The team over at Audi of Oakland is incredible. They were friendly, helpful, and very patient while helping me find the car that was right for me. At no point did I feel pressured to buy from them, but with how nice they all were (Ana, Robert, Bruce, and Ken) it was hard not to want to give them my business. Audi of Oakland isn’t the closest dealership to me, but I don’t see myself going anywhere else. I highly recommend paying them a visit next time you are in the market for a new car.
(January 31, 2022, 10:25 pm)This place is absolutely fantastic. The service manager is very attentive. From our first conversation he executed a straight forward customer service experience. They are the real deal. Very incredible team here. They know how to work and work WELL. I will be sure to recommend to all my friends. From the GM to the floor workers, thank you for your incredible work during these difficult Covid times. It made my experience very nice.
