(December 22, 2020, 8:19 pm)Alesia and her team are absolutely amazing! This is the second time that I have ordered from them and not only are they on time, but really efficient! The original date that I chose had to be changed due to the fact my friend was out of town. Not only did they make the change, it was super easy and effortless over the phone. They also followed up with text messages to double check that I wanted the delivery done today and to ensure that my friend was there! Being in customer service myself, I truly appreciate it when people follow up with the same care and consideration. I will definitely order a lot more! Thanks again for your dedication and hard work during this time!
(November 1, 2020, 1:12 pm)It all started when I was randomly craving macarons and stumbled upon this Woops pop up in my own neighborhood. Now I am addicted! I just got a custom box yesterday with my favorites: rose, raspberry, lemon, pistachio. The owner Alesia is a sweetheart and the macarons are delicious. Raspberry is my surprise favorite, the filling has the perfect zing. I will be back regularly.

(September 21, 2020, 12:58 pm)We went to the outdoor patio wine tasting event at the Brooklyn Basin Rocky's Market on Sunday, enjoyed some smooth jazz piano and had the most wonderful macarons for dessert. So many delicious flavors to choose from. Alesia was so patient and helpful while we made up our minds and finally settled on espresso machiato, red velvet and honey lavender. I would recommend Woops! to anyone hosting an event. I can't wait for next Sunday!
