Safeway

Alma who works in the Seafood department is INCREDIBLE. She keeps the display clean, organized. And most import, keeping the seafood fresh. Alma's selections of seafood is better than any other Safeway Ive visited. Rockridge Safeway can now compete with Berkeley Bowl's seafood department.

The store is very clean and well-kept. The cashiers are very nice, well groomed, professional with a pleasant smile on their faces. The tenor of their voice matches the same. But the stairway could use a good hot steam blasting. Therefore, only 4 stars

Not too crowded. Good store, but pricey.

This is newly built Safeway, so it's really nice and clean. It has all the stuff every other Safeway has. Plenty of parking in the lot, that's never an issue. My only gripe with it is prices. Safeway in general is more expensive than other grocery stores, but it's close to home and convenient.
