“Oakland Collision Center made getting (self-paid) repairs for my car after a collision extremely seamless and pleasant. Carlos Ortiz was incredibly efficient and professional: I emailed him pictures and he sent over a descriptive, comprehensive quote. He was honest and incredibly helpful, and when I asked if I could pick the partial repairs I wanted to save money, he was understanding and did not pressure me to get all the repairs done (unlike a different collision center I went to). I wanted to buy the parts myself (to save money), and he was reasonable in being willing to work with that and gave me the part numbers I needed. He answered all my questions with honesty, helpfulness, and respect. He also offered the best prices for labor I could find and discounts for paying out of pocket. Upon getting the repairs I needed, the repairs and paint job looked perfect, and the quote was accurate and he did not try to charge me more than what was signed. Furthermore, when it turned out a window applicator needed to be replaced after the job was done, he offered to do it for free (I only had to get the part). Great customer experience, 10/10 would recommend!”

“We stumbled upon this auto-shop by chance and are SO happy we did. I got into a fender bender and needed to pay out of pocket to fix the damages. We went to 5+ other auto shops in Oakland and SF who not only quoted double the price but also double the time it would take. We were about to give up and decided to stop by one more. We met with Li outside the shop and he was super helpful!! He was able to completely fix the car in only 2 days + half the price!!! The car looks like it’s never been in an accident (see photos) and he even went ahead and buffered the whole car, deep cleaned and fixed our tire pressure at no additional cost. Not to mention Li was a pleasure to talk with. We will definitely recommend him to anyone that needs their car fixed. Thank you so much LI! The world needs more people like Li!”
