I've always struggled with trying to get back into shape, but this man, he will push you to be better. Whether it's kettle bell swings, boxing, Muay Thai, Russian Twists, even the good old squat, he takes the time make sure you understand what you're doing. The posture, the position of your feet, the way you have to hold your hands up. He walks you through every step, demonstrates, and motivates. He is truly phenomenal.
