the BEST .. Period — I spent 10 years as a Healthcare Foodservice Sales Rep and called on over 100 Hospitals and Long Term Care facilities — plus spent 30 days here several years ago … needless to say they took great care of me — almost like family … even though I was bruised and battered — I continue to look back on my stay there with great fondness ..🤎

I would like to start off by saying that I love this facility and spending my time here. I must say that I do wish to be staying with my son at home, but this is such a great alternative. Housing is great and the nursing staff are always pleasant and meets my needs. The nurses I acknowledge are Paula, Dayo, Traci, Dimitri, and Rita. The RNA and Activities Staff are always great and keep me busy throughout the day with exercises and lots of fun. Housingkeeping is wonderful, all staff keeps my room very clean, do a bang up job, and have amazing personalities. Overall I enjoy my stay here with new friends and staff.

To everyone working at the nursing and therapy hospital on Neal St. in Pleasanton:

You have all been responsible for my recovery which has come to mean I can now go home. My stay this time was 6 months. All of you helped take care of us patients not just physically, but mentally and spiritually as well. You lifted our spirits.

When I was 18, I had an accident while training a young colt. That's when I became physically challenged. Since then, I have visited many hospitals for therapy and have had many operations. But it's all okay because I am above ground. Whenever I need therapy my doctor knows where I want to come. That is place is always here. The care I am given here makes my recovery faster and me leaving in a stronger and physical shape.

Thank you maintenance, kitchen, CNAs, nurses, physical therapists, activities, and social workers. All of you make this place so great! You're what makes us patients get better.

The staff member I would like to recognize is Jorge Pinzon.

He is very caring and extremely patient with us. I use the word "extremely" because all he does for us is with the greatest of care, compassion, and giving of himself with a beautiful smile.

He strives for a loving and caring, tender interaction with us residents. He is capable of level-headedness under duress in working with us.

He strives in providing caring emotional support, in his efforts to optimize our quality of life by helping us to be happy. Happiness helps us to be at peace with being away from our families. And with Jorge, he really strives for us to have a good day in his efforts to help us!

The Activities Department is the heart of PNRC. With his help along with his teammates, he strives to bring us happy moments, through laughter, joyful events, music, parties, celebrating life through birthday events. He is observant and offers help within his ability to bring attention to a particular resident's need.

He is part of a special group of professionals dedicated to serving us, residents. Within this professional group is definitely Jorge Figueroa Pinzon

Such dedication deserves all the recognition warranted by him. No matter the circumstance of what is needed of him he does it with an open heart, compassion, and attention to providing what is needed. No greater love can be given to a fellow human being which he demonstrates in his job performance every day!

We are so blessed to have him here with us. He is an asset to us residents and to his team. Even though he is a true professional he offers us friendship with sincerity.

He possesses knowledge, good skills in his job performance and has a broad range of capabilities to work with us residents in different areas of activities. He is one that goes beyond to help us in whatever way he can. He is truly extraordinary!

He demonstrates an exceptional character and I consider him to be a great humanitarian. In fact, he is a great phenomenal young man.

    .

Being here for us demonstrates personal courage and skills necessary during this treacherous time of the COVID-19 pandemic.

He demonstrates strength and confidence in his daily responsibilities. He is clear-headed in his job performance. He is here for us, which in itself, shows how courageous he is. I know he treats us like family which is a big plus for our nursing home. He collaborates with his fellow team members in meeting the needs of us residents in the Activities Department's responsibilities. He is part of our "Heroic" Team.

He is steadfast in his duties and his commitment to us. In this sorrowful time for all of us, he is quite dedicated to serving us. He demonstrates perseverance with calmness and fortitude in assisting us in whatever our daily activities require.

This happens to be a sorrowful time for all of us and yet he is quite dedicated to serving us. His is perseverance with calmness and in assisting us in whatever our daily activities require which is much appreciated.

As an activity staff person, he fulfills the PNRC mission statement perfectly. I truly believe him to be a true example of PNRC's mission statement.

".... caring for the sick, elderly, and the infirm is a special and sacred stewardship."..." it is this belief reflected in everything we do: ..." in the professionalism of our staff and in the daily delivery of care for our residents and their families..."

He is definitely a keeper and a treasure!

He truly is an example of a superhero where I am concerned. Simply, because he is the quintessence of all that is good, professional, intelligent, positive, and compassionate.

His is about meeting the needs of us residents wholeheartedly!

This is a great place. My grandpa is here. Although one thing I need to point out is I saw this worker during a window visit where she did not cover her nose while wearing a mask. Please retrain your staff on how to properly wear a mask. Also, I noticed outside, they rarely clean the seats and doorbell. Overall, still great. They take care of my grandpa well.
