My son Noah has been attending the Rookie class twice a week for quite some time now. He is always up to learning different fundamental forms of exercise with his peers. Always asking me which days he will be attending each week. He looks forward to these classes weekly. The coaches are truly amazing! So very enthusiastic and just great with the kids! I’ve already recommended this to a handful of my colleagues and friends!
So far my experience at D1 Training has been phenomenal. All three of the coaches--Jesse, Matt and Nick, are super knowledgeable of their craft, very positive and motivational. The adult classes are fun and diverse with a mix of strength training and cardio.
I highly recommend D1 in Pleasanton! The coaches are top-notch - they are knowledgeable, patient, and truly care about helping the kids improve. The activities they lead are not only fun, but also provide a great workout. My child always leaves class feeling energized and accomplished. The facilities are also clean and well-maintained. A fantastic option for parents looking to give their child a fun and healthy activity option.
The best training program I have been participating! Used to burn only 300+ calories whenever I hit the gym on my own, and now I am able to burn 600-700 calories every time I get trained with D1 Training. It is not easy at all but the result is amazing!
I honestly never thought the money for these type of gyms was not worth it. Man I was wrong I’ve been coming for about 3 weeks now and I love it. The atmosphere is great! The trainers and people who come have great attitudes and are super supportive. The workouts are not long compared to going to a regular gym on your own but I think they are super effective and I feel so much better since I’ve joined.
