I am very pleased with the servicing I got done today at Stoneridge Chrysler. I was called as soon as I walked in (absolutely no waiting). Service adviser James was extremely professional, quick and helpful. He noted down my request (Oil change) and then recommended a few other service options based on the miles my car had on it. I explained a few concerns I had like low tire air pressure. He quickly put them down on the worksheet. He took care of my drop off request also. I promptly got a call from James when the servicing was done. Overall, a very good experience. Special thanks to James for taking care of everything in a wonderful manner.

I was looking for Wrangler jeep for a while for my family. Omaid and other staff educated me on use of various Wrangler models for off road vs freeway use cases and helped us to find the best One for our use case. They also helped us to find a good deal during Thanksgiving deals.

Ace and Chris were a tremendous help and incredibly friendly during my whole visit for service. Greeted me with smiles and a handshake and made sure the work was going to be performed as efficiently and quick as possible. My time was absolutely valued. Even the technician Ruben came out to greet me and let me know that although he had one car he was finishing and it was nearing lunch time he was going to get my car done for me before then. Although I told him it’s okay to take his lunch and I understand he went above and beyond and made sure I had my vehicle before then. The facility was clean and I really enjoyed the coffee machine in the waiting area even the couches there were really nice and comfortable. I was barely finishing my coffee when Ace came to personally let me know the car was ready. I will 100% make stoneridge my go to dealership for service now.

Few things that were overlooked was that car was fully charged and I did not get my full tank of gas which I always got when I purchased my new car from any dealership.
