“I highly recommend this place! I had many long standing issues resolved by them, and it was worth the drive. Their strengths are: 1) They really want you to get well, permanently well, even if that takes a while especially with issues that have become chronic. Whereas some other P.T. offices just want you to be done as quickly as possible, they stick with you. Joints that have not been functioning properly for years, muscles that have lost all strength, that takes many months to rebuild the strength and make sure it holds without sliding back within months after finishing P.T. 2) They do hands-on work. Not everything can be resolved by just a few exercises. There are so many different tools and approaches for treatment, but it needs a P.T. who is knowledgeable and willing to work on your body. 3) One session normally is half an hour with the P.T., and then more time with an aid for doing exercises, applying stimulation or heat, and so on. 4) It it does not work they do not blame the patient, they help you figure out the next step. They also refer you to their colleagues, or to treatment outside. My only regret? I wished I would have found them years earlier.”

“It's the best! A nonprofit agency where miracles happen! The staff is excellent and the manager Kelly is the sweetest person! Very welcoming environment and non judgemental!”

“They've just expanded the upstairs and put in a bunch more equipment - barbell racks; a fancy new cable cross machine; lots of new kettlebells and dumbbells; medicine balls. Way more space. I'm so impressed!”

“Just got back from a visit with a friend who lives there. We had no problems at the gate; just give them your name and who you are visiting, and they will open the gate. The place is about three years old now and the final phase is being built. And the place is sold out for good reasons. The grounds are gorgeously designed with ponds and gazebo, the club house is the center for many activities (library, cinema, pool, gym, dining, etc) and tastefully put together, the service in the dining room was impeccable, and the dining room food was first rate. We've been to a dozen and a half retirement facilities in the bay area, and so far Stoneridge Creek may be the best of the lot. The fly in the ointment may be Creekview, the on-campus assisted living and skill nursing facility, which has mixed reviews at best.”

“The instructor Jill really exemplifies how invaluable a great teacher can be when making the effort to reach your goals. I took the Barre Fitnes class and with the instructors guidance was given an incredible and effective workout and was left sore in all new places, and this is from someone who is a regular at the gym. I recommend anyone considering improving their conditioning and health to try this out”

“Dr Forest is an exceptionally gifted and knowledgeable chiropractor. I cannot recommend him highly enough. I started going to him when I had a series of back spasms that left me unable to work for a week. His upper cervical chiropractic method fixed me quickly. Over time I learned much more about the positive impact that upper cervical chiropractic has on my life, my fitness and my overall health. With Dr. Forest's help, I have been able to move through sports injuries, car accidents, and emotional trauma that showed up in my body as muscle tension. I have confidence that Dr Forest can fix whatever I put my body through. A huge bonus is his front office team - they are kind, caring, and work to find times that fit my schedule.”

“Dr. Forest literally saved my life 25 years ago. I was dropped on my head wrestling junior year in high school. The following 2.5 years a host of terrible health problems ensued: headaches, cognitive fog, insomnia, fatigue. Swollen shut sinuses, muscle pain in the neck, back , arms , legs, constant nausea, anxiety, depression and well you get the point. After 20k and five doctors, mris, ct, complete blood panels I was told nothing was wrong by mainstream medicine. Thankfully a homeopath referred me to Dr. Forest. He corrected my upper neck and it was nothing short of a miracle. It wasn’t over night but in a few months I was living life again. Thank god for Dr. Forest and the Blair Technique!”
