“The prices and quality of furniture here is amazing! They have every type of furniture you need for a home or office, from the mid-century modern style to the heavier hotel pieces all for much lower prices than I had seen when searching online. The customer service also deserves 5-stars. DJ showed us the modern pieces we were leaning toward and even gave us a sneak peek into their warehouse to see if he had anything else in a similar style. He gave us tips on how to maintain the furniture fabrics and even gave us free cushions for an outdoor set that was missing them after we showed him the online version. When picking up our large order, DJ and his team loaded everything onto our truck very quickly, neatly, and gently! Overall a great experience and we were able to furnish our living room and outdoor patio in just 1 weekend!”

“I've never been to the bar, but Hidden Star sometimes comes to the Fairfax Farmers Market. I've tried several of their hard ciders and am absolutely thrilled with the Goldrush variety. It's dry without any weird aftertaste and very flavorful. I'm not a fan of sugary drinks and have been seeking a full-bodied dry cider since my previous favorite stopped bottling about 20 years ago. This is now my favorite. My next pick is the Queen of Tarts which has lemon added. It's also good, but a touch sour for me. I'm giving only 4 stars because it's hard to get ahold of this delicious stuff - they aren't in my local stores, sometimes aren't at the farmers market, and sometimes don't have enough stock. More cider! Also, the pomegranate juice is lovely.”

“I have to say this company is the best of all the 4 moving company that I've used. As you all know, you never know who's better than the other without using them. I have moved from DC , LA and Hawaii and had used other moving companies that do not explain to you about how estimates work and makes promises on the set pricing until all of your things are on the truck or worse yet, moving my crystal chandelier and receiving the crystals broken because of the carelessness of packing. But CITY MOVERS was so detailed in explaining step by step how they can estimate as accurate as you tell them and send photos. The customer service was excellent from the beginning all the way to the end, even after my things were delivered. The delivery guys picked up and delivered with care and professionalism. They genuinely care about their customers and really follow-up from start to finish. Sophia A. was exceptionally professional and very diligent . Thank you Sophia for your patience with me. PLEASE take my advice when I say they are the best that I've used of the 4 different moving companies I used. BEWARE.... do not use UNITED MOVING CO. “MY MOVE handled my move from San Francisco, CA to Brooklyn, NY with care and quality customer service. I had less than a month to move across the US and choosing this moving company made my life a lot easier. The customer service leading up to the move was impeccable for someone who had no idea what to expect for a cross country move. Even when I needed extra explanations regarding the insurance and I did a conference call with my wife with customer service representative. Richard was kind and made sure that we understood everything. He was also my point person through out my entire move which I appreciated so that I was always speaking with someone that knew all the details of my move. The movers on both sides of my move were superior. I especially give a lot of credit to the gentlemen that moved me in San Francisco. My point person was super friendly, explained the process to me, and had delightful conversations with me. They were beyond helpful and careful with my belongings. When my things arrived in NY, it was a short turnaround to get my things into my apartment. The movers in NY were also super kind and made sure that I had all of my items. Also, I used this company to move my car and everything was done speedily and with proper handling. I found MY MOVE on Yelp and I found that they had the most competitive pricing by a few hundred dollars. Overall, it was a blessing that I found this company to handle my move.
