Lori (or Laurie?) the receptionist name was calm and caring, Annie the nurse was very cheerful and attentive, and the office director even escorted the patient all the way to the car. It was still owned and operated by the same people so I continue to go there. Then one day it was closed. ☹So I assumed It wasn't there anymore.
