  I am very pleased. My little poodle Bubbles is up in years and the staff is always so kind to her and paying her extra attention which she loves. Her doctor is very knowledgeable and answerd my questions. She never makes me feel like she’s tryong to rush me out, I really believe they understand that our animals are like children to us. Plus I love care club. If you are on
  a tight budget this works great. You make a monthly payment and it
  Covers so many things like office
  Visits, shots, X-rays, blood work. One plan even covers dental. So when I take her in I don’t have to worry
  About coming up with several hinders dollars for the visit.

  We had to take our Rotty here after a subpar pet hospital released him with no instructions. We had to put him down but the staff here was exceptional. They supported us and gave us options.

  I first came to the VCA on a recommendation because our cat was diagnosed with a severe heart condition. Doctor Woodruff was kind And to the point with our medical and financial need. Unfortunately we had to come back Saturday evening for emergency because our cat was in distress. It was apparent he had thrown a blood clot and his time was short. The entire staff on the night of December 22nd was amazing.
  I especially want to give my gratitude to Rachel who is there with him the entire time and comforted me when I had to make the final decision to let him go. She made the transition of having to say good bye less painful.
  Your compassion and care will be forever engrained in my heart.

  I've used their services several times for our cats. They are prompt and professional, both front of office and back office.
  
  The veterinarians explain everything clearly, and discuss next steps and pricing, and have tried hard to make sure they do what they can with what people can afford. My sister is a good veterinarian and they generally agree with her when I compare, so I'm confident in them. They don't mind collaborating with her either, which is another sign of a professional.
  
  I have been happy with their services thus far.

  We were met with two staff and a gurney when we brought our 12 year old, nearly 90lb Yellow Lab mix who had collasped at home and struggled to bear weight. He was taken to a room and as we waited, were immediately impressed by the professionalism and hospitality. We've had our share of experiences at human Emergency Rooms and were extremely satisfied and at peace he was receiving the same care and attention. He's home recovering and on the mend, we couldn't be happier.
