Very helpful customer service. I was unable to get the system to recognize and find my order number, as I was trying to return something, so Christian from customer service chat not only found the order number he filed the RMA on my behalf without me even asking him to! Excellent service.

So far the order process was great. I was having difficulty finding the correct Epson print cartridges online and Christian was extremely helpful. If the shipping goes as well as the ordering, and if the product is as high quality as it states it is, then we're gold!! Thank you, Christian for al your assistance. The ink colors are *gorgeous*. The color ink renders the colors better than Canon or the other remanufactured supplier I was using. In the image below, the Combo Ink print is on top; the one on bottom is my old cartridge.
However, the magenta went out rather quickly. The ink levels were still showing pretty full -- there was something amiss in the way my printer recognised the magenta. Kenneth helped me troubleshoot, & I looked some stuff up online, and was able to fix it by cleaning several times as well ad deep cleaning (which used a lot of ink :-/). Kenneth also helped me figure out that this is somehow related to the chip, and offered to refund the cartridge. If the magenta goes out again, I will do so! And I will definitely buy/try another cartridge: the color is so beautiful.
