    Daniel and James were the greatest!!! Best customer service ever!! I had tons of questions and they answered everyone patiently and with respect!!! Best store experience ever!!!!
    These employees deserve to get raise or bonus due to there stellar customer service!!! Came in 12-13-22

    This Tmobile store has the most efficient manager, Quincy and expert technician, A. J. who are very much capable of addressing your cellphone issues.
    On May 14th, A. J. Very polite, professional, and attentive made sure that my new cellphone was properly installed and connected to my Toyota
    Avalon.
    On May 15th, Quincy the manager, ensured that all my billing and questions was properly answered and accurate for the upcoming statement. The ongoing issue for 32 days was finally completed by these two professionals. A job well done. Thanks again Quincy and A. J. for your assistance.

    I've been there twice, and both times it's been great. The staff was friendly and professional. Daniel was super helpful and is truly a asset to T-mobile. Definitely my favorite store. The people at the new store in Sun City won't even answer the phone.

    Every time I come into the store the staff are so polite, patient, courteous, helpful, and have a positive attitude.Yesterday, I was assisted by the store manager Quincy and today I was assisted by Daniel. Great customer service is almost unheard of these days. Their superb service is greatly appreciated.

    Always a good experience loading here. If there isn't a bunch of trucks ahead of you, you will be in and out in 30 minutes.
