“Riyaaz Music Shop is an amazing store. I’ve been in many times not only to make a purchase of a fabulous, high quality Tabla set, but also to take lessons with the owner Happy. He was kind, patient, and really generous with his time. He really wanted to make sure I left with something I loved and went above and beyond to make sure I tried every single possible Tabla. He also helped me tune up the Tabla set before I left and gave me a tuning lesson. The store is currently only by appointment, but having the one on one time helped me feel less rushed and able to focus on what I wanted to get. I highly recommend this store as they also have great quality harmoniums as well! Definitely planning on making another purchase there soon.”

“It is impressive how many people are here from San Francisco and Daly city. I met a few people here while waiting in the checkout line. It is unfortunate that there is not a single Wal Mart supercenter in San Francisco area. This is perhaps one of the reasons why there is so much car traffic between San Francisco and East Bay. It seems there is no problem to have Target, Kohl's or Costco in San Francisco area but not Wal Mart. And, it costs money to get here and pay a bridge toll. I am glad the authorities of Union City, CA recognize the importance of this Department Store in the lives of the average people. In San Francisco, it seems they don't. Perhaps, when the next election occurs in San Francisco, we need to ask candidates if they are ok to allow Wal-Mart to open. Finally, this Wal-Mart is very good. It seems very huge. Everything i wanted i found here for a reasonable price. I could not find what i needed in Target store near San Bruno, CA.”

“We purchased an oversized chair from Lazy Boy in 2009. It was our first big purchase as a married couple! It has seen us through 12 years of marriage, two very active and fun boys, and two dogs. The only reason we were looking to make a new purchase is because the space we now have does not work with our furniture. That being said, we knew when it was time to get new furniture, we would go with Lazy Boy. It has lasted us so long and is so comfortable, sturdy, and well made. The customer service at the Union City store was stellar. The manager spoke with me on the phone to get a better idea of what we were looking for and our budget. She then proceeded to set up an appointment for us to come in to meet with her and see the products she came up with for us. She was so accommodating and made sure to communicate with us as she was helping other customers throughout the store. The staff all wore masks and followed social distancing . Only 25 people were allowed in the showroom at one time and everyone was spaced apart. I felt very comfortable , safe, and excited to be able to shop even given all the restrictions of COVID. I was very impressed with the friendliness and helpfulness of the entire staff there.We did make a purchase. It was the very last choice that was something we had not even considered ( reclining sofa set) !! We cannot wait to get it! It was a hot buy so, a super affordable price , which included delivery as well as hauling away of our old furniture. I highly recommend Lazy Boy and the Union City store to anyone considering high quality , comfort, and affordable furniture. Thank you so much for taking the time to read this review. “Great place to get a drink and sit by the water. They have a few swing chairs plus a nice hammock that my kids enjoyed. My tenderloin and scallop kabob was yummy as was my son's bourbon pecan chicken. The menu is on the small side. Definitely try the grouper bites appetizer, excellent. Good happy hour special, $5 Grey Goose mixers. The waitress could be a little more attentive but they had just established this restaurant so this may change.”
