“I used to bank with Wells Fargo years ago ... bad experience from so many different fees and the list goes on. I try and avoid going into WF as much as possible ... unfortunately one of my jobs do not offer direct deposit, so i have no choice but to go into the bank to cash my check. Today, i went in to cash my check ... stood in the long line and it seemed like it was taking forever ... as i approached the teller i just wanted to cash my check and get gone ... Terri Stiggs ws the rep who assisted me, she was AWESOME ... huge smile as i was walkin up, fast, efficient , and also engaged in a conversation ... like a real convo not one of those fake convos that cust service agents give sometimes just so theres no dead air hahaha ... by the time i left her window i forgot i was annoyed at the long line. Terri was great. so from now on whenever i go into wells fargo i will be looking for terri.”
