He was ready to do it right away (with a smiling face) and got the job done in 15-20 mins at a very reasonable labor charge and ZERO upsells, while I waited in the shop. He also checked the tire pressure and topped off the washer fluid without being asked to do so. I would highly recommend checking out his shop and giving him your business, an honest mechanic is a hard find these days.”

“I've taken all my cars there for collision repair. Owner Parvesh and everyone working there are very nice and they always do a very good job on matching the paint. They also restore headlight to "like new" condition which I've done on two different cars for very reasonable price. Latest repair drop off was on Jul 4th. I called Parvesh and he said he will have his manager Victor meet me there to drop it off even though the shop was closed.”

He also vacuumed the shattered glass out of the entire car and removed the car door panels to extract shattered glass that had fallen down! Overall, Velocity provided a pleasant, reasonably-priced service that was very welcome after dealing with a break-in. Downside is that they don't work with insurance--mine made an exception so that I could be reimbursed.”
