“I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews about this service. I was hesitant at first to give them a try because the reviews weren't great, and I reached out to first find a therapist. Their customer service called me right away and matched me with the specific therapist I was looking for (African-American female). The rep also gave me a few alternate names if I didn't click with my first choice. I got an appointment a couple weeks out, and now I see my therapist EVERY WEEK with a $20 copay. I was so encouraged by my experience that I reached out to their psychiatry department to try antidepressants, and I got an appt the next day! I can easily communicate with my doctors through messaging, and it's all virtual. Their platform is simple and user friendly, and I get check-in emails from them often. THANK YOU FORESIGHT!”
