I highly highly recommend Keith as your swim instructor. My daughter has an active imagination and it can be hard to keep her attention. Not only has Keith been very positive and patient but he even works with her imagination to help her stay focused. Keith made up his own award system just for my daughter and it's been helping and it means a lot to us that he adapts to her. Thanks to Keith my 5 year old daughter is one of the strongest swimmers for her age. Keith has been her instructor year round for about 2 years now and he has never lost his patience nor has he ever been negative in any way. “When I was in Dublin visiting my daughter and son in law this Summer in May-June 2022, I made regular visits to this rec center, just adjacent to their house. The center has a good swimming pool but it is not well maintained especially on Mondays and Tuesdays. But I enjoyed playing Table Tennis inside. A lot of Chinese members were there, some coming as far away as from Livermore. The Tables were good and the TT rackets and balls were always available. The Gym equipment is fantastic. All furniture is being maintained spick and span. On the whole spent a lot of time and made a lot of friends at the Rec Center, Dublin, California.....”

“I've only been to one event, the New Year New You Obstacle Race, but the place was really cool. The obstacles are homemade, but for the most part very close to what you see at a Spartan race. If you're looking for a spot to train for OCR in the Fremont area, I'd recommend Mission Peak Spartans.”
