To start, her office is impeccably clean with the latest technology, and the staff are exceedingly helpful, providing a lot of flexibility around scheduling appointments. I've had to reschedule appointments many times and the Astra Dental staff have been very accommodating. The overall atmosphere is welcoming and I never feel rushed or uncomfortable. I came in for the first time since COVID and it was no surprise that I needed some work. Dr. Pavi didn't judge me at all. She educated me about proper dental care and suggested treatments - I never once felt like she was being pushy.
