“Review is for several years ago. I had a friend come visit me from Canada and bought medical insurance through WN. She got a terrible cold and thought she would be unable to fly back. She called WN to arrange to see a doctor and they said to just walk in to emerg. We were shocked as that is highly not-recommended in the USA unless it's a true emergency, but we proceeded skeptically as they had advised. The bill came to like $3500 for the visit, but we never paid a penny. It was all handled by world nomads. So for that alone they get 5*”
