They seem experienced. One feedback: they need to increase the access to multiple customs ports in India. My situation was that it was supposed to be delivered in Chennai, they took the customs port of Bangalore. Had it been Chennai itself, money could have been saved and passed on to customers. They moved me seamlessly from Dublin to Santa Rosa, and each location involved walking a bit to reach the apartment door and stairs. Booking the move was easy--Monica responded quickly via email, and we followed-up by phone. She was knowledgeable and helpful, and she made me feel comfortable amid the stress of moving. On moving day, the team arrived during the time period we'd agreed upon, calling me in advance, so I'd be prepared for their arrival. David, Lezowa & Ivan were all very professional, kind and helpful. They worked efficiently and helped me out with the bits I still needed to pack, and they carefully armored my furniture and lamps, which needed special packing. When we got to my new home, they placed things where asked to make my unpacking easier. They were very attentive throughout the process, and I can't recommend them highly enough.
