Love it here! I have been going to Rare Exception Jewelers for years now for repairs, ring resizing and such and have repeatedly been happy with their work. The environment is always kind and friendly, the work consistently done in a reasonably swift manner, and the finished product always looks perfect!

Lovely place with lovely people! It's hard to find an honest jeweler/goldsmith these days but this little mom and pop is the pinnacle of kindness and customer support. They treat you like a friend here and that might be even more valuable than their extensive inventory/services.

The future Mrs. and I had our engagement/wedding rings designed and made at Rare Exception. They really have an excellent eye for getting you the perfect ring. We also bring watches and jewelry here for repair and cleaning. They do excellent work, best little jewelry shop in Jackson!!! I highly recommend!!!
