“Picked up a car at Sac. Airport and noticed issues with the brakes. Stopped at the Jackson office and was back on the road in a matter of minutes with a new car. I'm sorry I dont remember the names of the two that assisted us, but they did my family a great service. While she was checking the car, he was getting the paperwork done (It had to be done by hand since the airport system wasnt accessible to the satellite office).
