Los Vaqueros Reservoir & Watershed

Los Vaqueros is a great place to bring your family to have fun, you can rent a boat and go fishing, you can go water-skiing, or you can go hiking, it is dog friendly, and it has clean rest room's.

Beautiful reservoir. You can see quite far, especially when the air is clear, you can even see the Sierra Nevadas.

$6 parking…but worth it!!

55 miles of trails, beautiful weather and clear water. Would have loved it more if it was greener. Nevertheless great spot to spend a day exploring various trails. Lots of picnic tables and barbecue pits available too. $6 entry fee.

Beautiful, serene, sparsely crowded, best for small hikes and angling. North East entrance less crowded than south entrance and has a dam lookout point. Saw some beautiful birds as well.
