(April 14, 2023, 2:26 am)I have made several visits here in the past month and the vibe is always upbeat, cheerful and airy. Staff bustling around and busy. Everyone I have met has been very nice. There is a huge range of medical needs in the resident population here and the staff seems numerous and organized. I feel very confident that my aunt is receiving the care she needs. She will be a long term resident here and she likes the facility.
(February 14, 2022, 8:04 pm)Why are you still having visitation’s amid this outbreak of Covid? Is your staff responsible or is it the visitors? Seems pretty silly to continue to put everyone at risk. 13more people tested positive for Covid as of feb 13
(January 14, 2022, 12:40 pm)I would like to give a review of San Andreas Avalon care facilities.
My mom has been there since March. She has been cared for, and well taken care of. She has made friends.
The facility is old, but it’s clean. The staff is kind, and thorough. They have activities, a garden in the back, and a grassy area for visiting.
It is nestled in the foothills and it’s quiet.
I would like to see more volunteers there. If you have it in your heart to volunteer with the elderly I would encourage you to stop by and visit.
I want to thank the staff for all their hard work.
From the CNA‘s, to the administration, and the social workers, the activity directors they all do you a great job.
I’m looking forward to my next visit.
(January 12, 2022, 10:12 pm)I want to express how happy I am that my mom stayed at such an amazing place! The staff was really attentive and caring! My mom really enjoyed her stay and she connected deeply with some of the staff so much that when it was time to go home she cried! I’m just so thankful for a place like Avalon that really puts patients first. She did say the food could have been better, but that’s any hospital like setting!
