(May 12, 2022, 12:50 pm)Bob & Josh were out today to service my Regency free-standing LP fireplace. Friendliness two guys you'd ever want to meet! Super knowledgeable, super clean, attention to detail, and did a few extras not even on my list. They researched the product and let me know of a door recall I wasn't even aware of. Couldn't be happier and if you want 5-star service, don't bother with anyone else.
