Mo’s Devil Food

Absolutely delicious and never disappoints and so much better than a donut shop. The staff is super friendly and always has smiles on their faces. I highly recommend.

My husband and I recently moved to the area. I was looking for a really good bakery. At first, I thought Mo’s was going to be more of an American-style bakery with cakes, cupcakes, etc, which I thought would be good for my birthday (my husband doesn’t bake and I don’t want to bake my own cake!) but…it was SO. MUCH. MORE. They have AMAZING croissants and more European-style pastries/baked goods, which I love having grown up in Europe. My husband is addicted to the almond croissants. I love the chocolate croissants, chocolate biscotti and nutella-filled “poptarts”. The new cannoli-stuffed cookies did not disappoint either. Honestly, you can’t go wrong with anything here. They also make delicious and BEAUTIFUL cakes! The staff is always super friendly and helpful too.

A true hidden gem. Driving through Valley Springs, you have to check out Mo's Devil food. It's a bakery that blew my mind by the variety and quality of things they offer. They have this ham egg cheese mustard croissant that will make you salivate like a dog... Ridiculously delicious. Just check it out for yourself.

Had a baby shower for my baby boy and ordered two dozen cupcakes, not only was the price perfectly reasonable, but they were beautiful and extremely delicious. Melt in your mouth goodness. Thank you guys for being apart of this community and bringing some amazing baked goods to Calaveras county.
