From 15 to 18 dollars for a day visit, still worth a visit
It is great place for swimming, fishing, BBQ, it has a lot of good spot for day use and night use close to the lake. The staff are nice and helpful
Although their computer is going through an upgrade our Stay was Excellent!!! Great Customer Service. Rented 3 of their cottages just before the Spring Break. My wife and I rented our cottage for 3 nights four day stay. Shout out to Pam, Miranda and Taj. We thank you for making our stay most memorable especially with our adult children and our 4 grandchildren.
Came here for a couple of days with some friends and had an amazing overall experience! As soon as we got to the gate we were greeted by a pleasant and very helpful attendant that seemed genuinely happy to have us staying there. I forgot her name, but she was great at explaining everything to us since it was our first time there.
Our campsite was in the perfect location right near the water. I liked how there is actually a "real" bathroom with a shower on the site too. This was my first camping trip so it made the experience that much better. I was expecting worse. Also, to my surprise, there weren't many bugs out. The bees did show up once we started cooking though. We also had a deer visit us at night, but it was a friendly one =)
We rented boats on our second day, and the ladies at the boat rental place were the best! Lorey and Miranda were great with helping us get situated, explained all the rules, safety measures and details about using the boat. They did everything to ensure we had a good time out there. And we absolutely did!
Lake Camanche is the perfect site to visit. The water is perfect, the other camp-goers are great people, and the weather was PERFECT during our stay. Lots of great fishing spots too!
I have been camping here every year for as long as I remember from when I was a little girl. Everytime I go here there's a new experience with wildlife or building memories. Yesterday was a day trip to book my camping spot and we had a amazing time! The water was clean and it felt amazing! The day use area was clean. We BBQ'D and the kids were free to explore. They found a frog saw some deer and had a great time in the water only $14.95 for the day. Totally worth it. Will always be my campsite!
